Denham Homes was set up in 2001 by Managing Director, Harry Shepherd-Cross following 8 years with Persimmon Homes. Soon joined by the current team, all of whom have volume housebuilding experience, the Company has embarked on a remarkably varied portfolio of developments. Versatility has been the key to the Company’s success and the ability to work with partners across the residential and commercial property field. Denham Homes’ core business is residential development with the majority of projects to date in the South of England however the Company also undertakes residential consultancy for Commercial Developers through Denham Land Developments Ltd and has recently set up a new sister company, Ardenham Energy Ltd (for more info see www.ardenhamenergy.co.uk) which designs and installs renewable energy systems. These three businesses are complimentary and give the group growth opportunities that any one of the businesses by itself might miss.
