With the focus on the re-development of brown field land in the planning system and the encouragement of mixed-use developments, it has been apparent that collaboration between Commercial Investment and Development businesses and the residential development industry would reap dividends. Denham have capitalised on this through their consultancy, Denham Land Developments Ltd and forged strong links with Helical Bar plc, Chancerygate, Threadeedle Properties, Dencora, Vale Retail, Edinburgh Trust and Wemyss Properties amongst others.

Denham work hard to optimise the residential development potential of sites through the planning process to ensure that site values are maximised. Successes to date have included planning for 148 flats and houses in Dunstable, 165 flats and a 160 bed hotel in Slough, 56 flats in Cardiff, a retirement scheme in Letchworth and a small residential scheme in Chiswick. Work is ongoing on several other large mixed use sites.

Denham work flexibly with their Partners and once planning is obtained will either buy the residential component of the site out, develop in a JV or act as agent for the partner to sell the consented site for the maximum price. Their experience as residential developers ensures that all sites are optimised.
